SAB Cats in the Cave
Get ready to go down under and explore the world’s longest cave system! Kentucky is home to some of the best national parks, and you get to experience one with SAB! Travel with us through some of the 400 miles of underground passages to learn more about the state you call home! We’ll be ready to explore together on Saturday, October 17th, from 9 AM to 5 PM at Mammoth Cave National Park! 🪨
Tickets will go on sale Thursday September 17th, 2026 at 12:00 PM for $30* in-person at the UK Student Involvement Box Office in the Gatton Student Center. Students will need a valid student ID; one ticket per student. No guests allowed. Emergency contact information and trip waiver required at time of purchase. Student must take provided transportation.
The Domes and Dripstones tour is a 2 hour tour, 0.75 miles, with 638 stairs. Please note that this tour ascends and descends hundreds of stairs and several steep inclines, which can be difficult for many visitors, as there are no alternative routes.
